COOKIE BOOTHS
Scouts can do as many booths as they would like. Dates/times and locations fill up quickly. Reach out to the troop leader for booth sign up links

Please review the Cookie Booth Essentials Guide (PDF) which has resources for booth sales.
For Set-up of Booth:
Bring table and chairs for your booth.
When you book the booth let us know if you need table and chairs.
-Cookies:
If parent/girl scout pre-ordered cookies, you can bring those to sell at the booth. If you did not pre-order or need more cookies for the booth sales, then you can get cookies from our Cookie Mom.
As a reminder, parent/girl scout are responsible for every box of cookies that the parent/girl scout checks out from our troop.
-Payment of Cookies:
You can collect payment any way you want. But payment/money will then need to be made to the troop treasurer via cash, check or Venmo/PayPal transfer.

*Personal Accounts such as Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or PayPal:
If you have personal accounts you can use them to collect sales but then you would need to give the money/sales back to the troop when the booth is complete.
-Keep Track of Sales:
Help your scouts keep track of which cookies and how many boxes of each cookies are sold. Parents/scouts are responsible for your own inventory (cookies) as well as payment back to the troop treasurer.
